Remote support is safe, secure, and fast.  Using reliable technology you can request assistance from our support staff without needing to worry about a stranger coming into your home.  Remote suppport is our preffered method of resolution for software related issues as it involves the smallest amount of inconvenience for our customers, and allows us to service them much more quickly than scheduling a house call.  Let's not forget once you computer is set up nicely on the desk it is usually a pain to unhook and bring to a shop.
